Tekla has launched a new collection of three scented candles, created in collaboration with Irish ceramic artist Sara Flynn. The candles—Vasta, Kōdō, and Flore—come in handmade, refillable vessels designed by Flynn. Each piece features dimpled contours and fluid forms, blending functionality with sculptural beauty.
Distinct Scents for Every Mood
Vasta evokes a verdant forest, offering a woody aroma with hints of eucalyptus, reminiscent of a wood-fired sauna. Meanwhile, Kōdō combines sweet and spiced woody notes, creating the impression of rich incense burning in a temple. Flore delivers a bright, floral scent with citrusy bergamot, akin to a sunny afternoon in a golden meadow. Together, the three fragrances offer diverse olfactory experiences for any room or occasion.
Availability and Pricing
Each candle is priced at $350 USD, while refills cost $105 USD, reflecting Tekla’s emphasis on longevity and sustainability. The collection is available at the Copenhagen store, online, and at a special pop-up shop in Paris, open from September 29th to October 5th at 44 Rue Sainte-Anne.
