Chalet Berezka Launches New Menu Showcasing Culinary Art and Elegance

Chalet Berezka unveils a refined new menu showcasing culinary artistry and contemporary elegance through elevated dining experiences.

Chalet Berezka at Palm Jumeirah Mall has introduced a refreshed menu that brings together culinary artistry and modern Eastern European sensibilities. The new offering reflects the venue’s ongoing pursuit of excellence, inviting guests to experience familiar flavours through contemporary techniques and refined presentation.

The menu opens with dishes that balance heritage and innovation. The Beetroot with Pesto & Goat Cheese blends oven-baked beetroot with creamy goat cheese, bright pesto and red currant, creating a vibrant mix of earthy, sweet and fresh notes. Meanwhile, the Indigirka presents a polished interpretation of a Siberian classic, pairing tender Muksun fish with pickled onions and wild berries for a dish that captures both tradition and finesse.

Elevated Signatures and Contemporary Comfort

The main courses continue this approach with compositions that highlight depth and texture. The Beef Cheeks are slow cooked and served with orzo and gremolata for a rich, comforting result. The Chicken Thigh with Mushrooms arrives with velvety potato purée and earthy mushrooms, offering warmth in a restrained, elegant style. A standout among the highlights, the Duck and Foie Gras Pelmeni delivers a luxurious experience through rich duck and foie gras dumplings finished with dashi and black caviar.

Dessert concludes with the Anna Pavlova, where delicate meringue meets layers of strawberry, rhubarb, whipped cream and fresh berries to strike a graceful balance of lightness and sweetness.

A Beverage Program Designed for Storytelling

Complementing the culinary selection is a newly developed beverage program that reimagines classics with creativity and nuance. The Paloma Matryoshka brings together strawberry, grapefruit, tequila, mezcal and grapefruit soda in a playful, layered mix. The Samovar Daiquiri adds warmth through fat-washed rum, pear, jasmine and chocolate bitters, while the Firebird Sour combines fat-washed rum with pineapple-coconut cordial for a polished tropical profile. For a lighter touch, the Teremok Spritz blends chamomile-vanilla vermouth, rhubarb cordial and sparkling wine in a floral, storybook-like expression.
