The Cityscape Global 2026 real estate exhibition will take place from 16 to 19 November 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre in Malham, Saudi Arabia. The event will bring together developers, investors, architects, policymakers and property professionals as Saudi Arabia continues to expand its real estate and infrastructure pipeline.

Positioned as a major international property event, Cityscape Global will provide a platform for companies working across residential, commercial, mixed-use and infrastructure development. Meanwhile, the programme is expected to attract both Saudi and international participants seeking investment, partnerships and access to the country’s rapidly developing property market.

Cityscape Global 2026 Targets Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate Market

Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector remains closely connected to the country’s broader economic transformation and Vision 2030 agenda. Consequently, large-scale developments, urban expansion and infrastructure investment continue to create opportunities for developers, investors and professional services firms.

Cityscape Global 2026 is designed to connect these market participants with major projects and commercial opportunities. The event will feature developers and organisations involved in residential communities, mixed-use destinations, infrastructure and large-scale developments.

Moreover, the exhibition will provide opportunities for international companies to explore partnerships within Saudi Arabia. For investors and property professionals, the event offers a concentrated environment for assessing projects, meeting decision-makers and understanding market priorities.

Networking and Investment Take Centre Stage

According to the event organiser, 80% of business attendees are involved in purchasing decisions, underscoring the exhibition’s commercial focus. The 2026 edition will also use structured networking programmes and AI-powered matchmaking to connect participants based on business interests.

The scale of the previous edition provides further context. Cityscape Global reports that its 2025 event recorded 164,000-plus attendees from more than 120 countries, with 577 exhibitors from 42 countries. The organiser also reported US$63 billion in deals and property transactions on-site and identified US$6.1 trillion in pure real estate and infrastructure assets under management represented at the event.

These figures are organiser-reported metrics rather than independent market measurements. Nevertheless, they illustrate the platform’s international scale and its growing relevance to Saudi Arabia’s property sector.

For 2026, exhibitors will span the wider real estate ecosystem, creating opportunities for developers, architects, investors, technology companies and infrastructure specialists to establish commercial relationships.

Riyadh Strengthens Its Position as a Real Estate Hub

The choice of Riyadh as the host city reflects the capital’s expanding role in Saudi Arabia’s economic and urban transformation. Large development programmes are reshaping the city’s residential, commercial and infrastructure landscape, while the wider kingdom continues to attract international capital and expertise.

As a result, Cityscape Global 2026 will serve not only as a property exhibition but also as a meeting point for the companies and institutions influencing Saudi Arabia’s next phase of urban development. With registration now open, the November event is positioned to bring international real estate demand closer to one of the world’s most closely watched property markets.
