Zest Nest Culinary, the UAE-focused food and beverage venture led by award-winning celebrity chef Chef Ishijyot Surri and entrepreneur and investor Sameer Musale, has partnered with Talabat for the Dubai launch of its first two delivery- first concepts: Red Wings and Nawab Biryani House. The tie-up marks the beginning of Zest Nest Culinary’s broader plan to develop multiple, independently positioned F&B brands across the UAE and wider GCC.
Red Wings will go live starting with Business Bay and Rashidiya, on Talabat, followed by Nawab Biryani House by end of September. Both delivery-first concepts will be available exclusively through Talabat, giving customers access to their respective menus through the platform. Although the brands form part of the same business platform, each will maintain its own culinary identity, menu and customer positioning.
The venture grew from a long-standing friendship and the recognition that the partners bring complementary strengths. Chef Ishijyot contributes culinary creativity, an understanding of guest experience and an established hospitality track record, while Sameer brings investment perspective, organisational structure and commercial discipline. Together, they are building the UAE venture combining distinctive food concepts with the systems required for consistent and sustainable growth.
The UAE brings together one of the world’s most diverse and well-travelled audiences, making it an incredible ground for culinary innovation. “My vision is to build a connected food ecosystem here; across restaurants, QSRs, cloud kitchens, products and manufacturing – creating distinctive, scalable brands that reflect the UAE’s global palate and have the potential to travel from the UAE to the world,” – Chef Surri
Chef Ishijyot Surri leads culinary development, concept creation and guest experience for the platform. His experience spans restaurant development, catering and culinary innovation, with a portfolio that includes Mulk, an award-winning old-world North Indian dining concept; MiniyaTurk, a multi-cuisine restaurant inspired by Turkish street food; Pachinco, an Italian diner and café; and SJI Gourmet, a premium catering business.
Sameer plays an equally central role in the venture’s strategic, commercial and organisational direction. His investment perspective, operational efficiency and focus on scalability of individual concepts into a durable F&B platform, while preserving the distinct identity and operating requirements of each brand.
“Our tie-up with Talabat gives us a strong digital route to market as we introduce Zest Nest Culinary’s first concepts in Dubai. It allows us to launch each brand in a structured way, understand customer response and build a scalable foundation. “Our wider vision is at aiming to create an ecosystem for food security across the UAE and GCC region” said Sameer Musale.
Dubai will serve as the immediate commercial launch market, with the first phase focused on establishing Red Wings and Nawab Biryani House successfully before the platform progressively explores further opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC.
Separately, Maison Management, founded by Chef Ishijyot Surri in partnership with Sameer Musale, has established its regional base through Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) to support its wider UAE expansion strategy.
