AquaFun, a waterpark anchored in the Gulf seas opposite the JBR beach, which has been named the world’s largest inflatable water park by Guinness World Records.
Dubai now has the world’s largest inflatable water park, which spans 42,400 square meters and features 72 challenges. It presently takes the shape of the words ‘I love (heart symbol) Expo 2020 Dubai,’ which can be seen from planes flying into Dubai. AquaFun, which is open all year, was first opened in 2016 and has since grown to three times its original size, making it the world’s largest.
The winning title comes at a time when the country is hosting the huge event of Expo 2020, as well as celebrating its golden jubilee, making the championship even more significant.
Another event that distinguishes the title is the Dubai Shopping Festival, which gives the city a sense of pride because it is a part of it. AquaFun is a superb example of a family-owned business that currently provides a lot of entertainment for the numerous beachgoers.
“Dubai is not a stranger to world records and is continually surprising us with its originality, creativity, and ambition to consistently compete against itself,” said Talal Omar, country manager MENA, Guinness World Records Ltd. Its citizens and residents are no exception; the determination and energy demonstrated by businesses such as AquaFun are inspiring.”
