The Parisian-style eatery La Serre Bistro & Boulangerie in Downtown Dubai has shuttered its doors as it prepares to build four other sites around the UAE.
Owner Lincoln Holding is launching an ambitious new growth plan for the brand in 2022, after almost a decade as one of Downtown Dubai’s most recognizable restaurants, with its iconic glass-fronted location on the intersection of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.
This includes new sites in Dubai, such as Jumeirah, Dubai Design District, and the Mall of the Emirates. It will also make its first appearance in the capital, at the Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi.
Homer stated they aim to open several La Serre restaurants around the world in addition to the four UAE locations.
“With 30 new La Serre branches spanning the GCC, Asia, and Europe, we’re thrilled to expand our offering in this way.”
“Our outstanding produce-driven meals and design and service philosophy will be unwrapped in more prestigious and premium settings like Mount Street and Knightsbridge London, King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, and three Hilton hotels in Qatar in the near future.”
Since then, La Serre has gained a reputation as a popular breakfast location, as well as a prominent cafe, boulangerie, and fine dining business.
