The Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation (ADMAF), as part of its commitment to empowering youngsters to fulfill their dreams and ambitions, has announced the application deadlines for its four ADMAF Awards, worth a total of AED 90,000.

AlKhamis-Kanoo, Founder of Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation, Founder and Artistic Director of Abu Dhabi Festival, said: “We continue our long-standing commitment to rewarding excellence among our nation’s youth in their passionate pursuit of creativity and innovation in the arts. The emerging generation of young talents plays a crucial role in the UAE’s cultural and artistic development, and the ADMAF Awards continue our mission to encourage young creatives to reach their full potential. The awards celebrate and recognize the rising talents who are navigating the nation’s dynamic art scene and support them as they become an integral part of the creative ecosystem of the future”.
The ADMAF Design Fund, which is financed by Van Cleef & Arpels and awarded in collaboration with L’ÉCOLE, School of Jewelry Arts, aims to raise awareness of the diversity of issues and approaches to jewelry, from prehistoric to modern, and to display jewelry expertise to the world. The deadline for applications is May 18, 2022, and the winner of the AED 50,000 prize will be announced on May 30, 2022. The winner will be flown to Paris for a week-long L’ÉCOLE program.
The Gulf Capital – ADMAF Creativity Award, which was established in 1996, honors outstanding young national talents in the visual and performing arts. The application deadline for the award has been set for May 18, 2022, with the winner of the AED 20,000 prize to be revealed on June 20. The Performing Arts category of the 2022 Award is open to contributions in the categories of music, dance, and theater.
The deadline for Visual Arts Award submissions has been set for May 31, 2022. The winner of the event will get a grand prize of AED 10,000. The winner will be revealed during the Jury Committee meeting on September 15, 2022. Applicants between the ages of 18 and 35 are urged to create an original work of art, whether it is a real-life or animated video, photography, or visual arts such as painting, sculpting, or installation.

The TotalEnergies Design Commission Award honors young Emiratis who have demonstrated great creativity and achievement in the disciplines of design and architecture. The Award will continue to nurture and encourage creative practices by providing a launchpad for emerging designers and architects across the UAE under the theme “Applied Arts” in 2022. The deadline for applications is May 25, 2022, with the AED 10,000 prize winner to be revealed in June 2022.
