Jyo John Mulloor, a resident of Dubai, is famous for his visually stunning digital artworks. His remarkable projects include Let It Snow UAE, Let It Bloom Dubai, Emartia, etc. In one of his projects, he incorporated the nation’s well-known locations into Pandora, the fictitious planet from the film Avatar.
As a huge fan of Argentina, and Lionel Messi, he began his project as a tribute to him.
“Messi is my all-time hero, so I thought I’d honour him. Then, once we got to the quarterfinals and most of the major teams were in, I changed my plan and did a whole series to include Cristiano Ronaldo, Luka Modric, Harry Kane, and Kylian Mbappe,” he told The National.
Mulloor expanded the series to include notable athletes like David Beckham, Franz Beckenbauer, the late Maradona, Pele, and the late Maradona, whom he calls his “childhood heroes.”
After receiving many beautiful responses, he decided to share his artwork for the National Morocco and France Teams today ahead of their scheduled semi-final match.
Mulloor created the images in Photoshop after using artificial intelligence technologies to age-reverse the players. The outcome is a hyper-realistic piece of art that, according to him, has gotten positive feedback from football fans on social media.
Adding to the collection are crowd favorites Sofiane Boufal, Achraf Hakimi, Antoine Griezmann, Olivier Giroud, Yassine Bounou, and Youssef-En-Nesyri.
