Deyaar Development has announced the launch of its newest upscale project, Park Five, in Dubai Production City, valued at 1.5 billion UAE dirhams ($408.4 million). This ambitious residential community will include two towers, Elm and Ember, marking the first phase of the development.
The Elm and Ember towers will feature a range of residential options, including studios, as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. These homes will be situated in an environment enriched by lush greenery and traditional sikkas—a nod to Arabian-style pathways. This integration of nature and community spaces reflects Deyaar’s commitment to creating a serene, balanced living experience.
The development is designed with modern wellness and productivity in mind. Residents will enjoy yoga lawns, outdoor co-working spaces, state-of-the-art fitness centers, infinity-edge swimming pools, and dedicated play areas for children. This blend of amenities supports a lifestyle that prioritizes health, relaxation, and social interaction.
Deyaar has scheduled the first phase’s completion for summer 2027, adding an exciting addition to Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline. This project is part of Deyaar’s strategy to enhance its footprint in the luxury residential market and cater to the growing demand for high-end living spaces in the UAE.
Recently, Deyaar also collaborated with Arady Properties to launch Rivage, a residential project situated on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, continuing to expand its influence across the region.
Deyaar’s initiatives are poised to transform Dubai Production City into a vibrant hub, setting a new benchmark in luxurious, community-focused living.
