ODP Architects has officially kicked off the construction of Villa Miami, a groundbreaking 56-storey skyscraper in the heart of Miami’s East Edgewater district. The upcoming luxury tower is poised to redefine opulent living with its cutting-edge design and world-class amenities.
A Beacon of Opulence
Set to stand 650 feet (198 metres) tall, Villa Miami is a true architectural marvel, clad in a copper “exoskeleton” that evokes the facets of a diamond. This one-of-a-kind design will feature a combination of glass, concrete, and copper, with expansive glass terraces that enhance its geometric aesthetic.
“The project will offer waterfront homes in the sky, adorned in bronze, and anchored by a helicopter pad above and a dock below,” said ODP Architects. “This exceptional residential tower will stand as a beacon of opulence and exclusivity.”
Luxury Amenities and Living Spaces
The skyscraper will house 70 lavish residences, each offering unparalleled luxury, as well as a wide range of high-end amenities. These will include a rooftop helipad, a private yacht dock, a member’s club, spa, pool deck, and a gourmet restaurant on the ground floor.
Interior designs will feature an elegant blend of wood, metal, and stone finishes, creating a serene atmosphere. “These elements combine to create an atmosphere of refined elegance and unparalleled sophistication,” the design team noted.
Inspired by Nature’s Beauty
The architectural inspiration behind Villa Miami comes from the natural surroundings of Biscayne Bay. The shimmering light on the water served as a muse for the unique interplay of light and form seen in the building’s design. “The architectural design of Villa Miami draws inspiration from the mesmerizing interplay of light on water and the serene tranquillity found in the adjacent bay,” said ODP Architects.

Developed by Terra, One Thousand Group, and renowned restaurateurs Major Food Group, Villa Miami aims to bring together exceptional design and high-level service. Completion Expected in 2027
