Renowned digital artist and designer Andrés Reisinger has unveiled a limited-edition furniture collection in collaboration with Gallery Collectional, capturing the ethereal beauty of winter landscapes. The Winter Collection, featuring a sofa, armchair, blanket, lamp, and space divider, will be exhibited at Gallery Collectional’s Dubai space starting February 6, 2025.
A Dreamlike Interpretation of Winter
The Winter Collection is a tactile and sculptural expression of winter’s soft light and tranquil movement. The pieces blend art and functionality, evoking the delicate textures of snow, ice, and mist.
- Winter Sofa – An avant-garde seating piece featuring amorphous white cushions, reminiscent of rolling snowy hills. A fringe skirt cascades to the floor, enhancing its fluid, organic form.
- Snowdrop Armchair – An igloo-inspired chair, cloaked in delicate feather textures, offering a cocoon-like seating experience.
- Canvas Blanket – A plush white throw, mirroring the fluffy textures found on the Snowdrop Armchair.
- Bow Divider – A translucent space partition, inspired by the fractured beauty of cracked ice. The piece subtly filters light, casting dynamic, shadowy reflections across walls and floors.
- Winter Lamp – A sculptural light installation, featuring three diffused light sources wrapped in soft pink draped fabric, creating a warm, ambient glow.
From the Digital Realm to Reality
The Winter Collection draws inspiration from Winter House (2022)—a metaverse home conceptualized by Reisinger and architect Alba de la Fuente. The project explored futuristic, dreamlike interiors, blending soft pink, white, and gray hues with frosted textures. Now, this vision translates into tangible objects, allowing audiences to experience digital surrealism in physical form.
A Unique Showcase in Dubai
Set within Eden House, Dubai, the Winter Collection will debut at Gallery Collectional, offering collectors and design enthusiasts a rare opportunity to engage with Reisinger’s work in person.
As Reisinger continues to redefine furniture design, this latest collection highlights the fusion of art, technology, and craftsmanship, creating pieces that are both functional and poetic.
