Ramadan, a sacred month observed by Muslims worldwide, is a time for reflection, community, and shared traditions. To honor this spirit, Montblanc is once again hosting its renowned Majlis—the Arabic term for a gathering space—this time in partnership with Ninive at Park Hyatt Dubai. This collaboration brings an intimate culinary experience that blends luxury with tradition.
A Sanctuary of Tradition and Elegance
Throughout the month, the Palm and Fountain Gardens at Park Hyatt Dubai are transformed into an elegant majlis, offering a tranquil retreat for guests. At sunset, visitors can indulge in a carefully curated Iftar experience, featuring Middle Eastern classics prepared by Ninive’s award-winning chefs.
Franck Juhel, President of Montblanc Middle East, India, and Africa, expressed the brand’s enthusiasm for this partnership. “We are delighted to be back to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan with the Montblanc Majlis in Dubai. Together with Ninive and Park Hyatt Dubai, we aim to offer a space where guests can create meaningful connections and lasting memories.”
A Rotating Menu of Authentic Flavors
To ensure a diverse experience, Montblanc Majlis offers three rotating menus throughout Ramadan. Each menu begins with an array of traditional hot and cold appetizers, followed by a selection of main courses such as Seabream Tagine, Shish Burak, and Braised Lamb Shoulder Tashreeb. Additionally, live cooking stations serve freshly grilled meats and seafood, while a carving station presents delicacies like Lamb Ouzi and Whole Sea Bass.
For dessert, guests can enjoy an assortment of local and continental sweets, expertly crafted to complement the evening’s flavors.
Suhour Under the Stars
As the night progresses, the majlis seamlessly transitions into a Suhour experience. Set against the backdrop of live Oud music, guests can savor a selection of sharing-style dishes exclusively designed by Ninive’s culinary team.
The Montblanc Majlis by Ninive at Park Hyatt Dubai will be open until March 29. The Iftar buffet runs from sunset until 8:30 p.m. GST, priced at 350 AED ($95 USD) per person. Suhour, available from 10:30 p.m. GST onwards, offers a plated sharing experience starting at 375 AED ($102 USD).
