Japanese menswear label Graphpaper has previewed its FW25 collection, and it’s a visual testament to the art of tonal layering and autumnal sophistication. Founder Takayuki Minami continues to evolve the brand’s language with sleek tailoring, utilitarian cuts, and subtle colour accents that work seamlessly across the lookbook. With a cohesive balance of outerwear, underlayers, and accessories, the offering stands out for its thoughtful construction and understated elegance.

Refined Layers Meet Functional Styling

At its core, Graphpaper’s FW25 line is grounded in neutral tones, including black, beige, gray, and navy—foundational menswear shades that Minami uses with intent. However, he doesn’t limit the palette to the expected. Instead, he intersperses eye-catching elements such as electric blue and butter yellow to elevate the muted base. These colours act as subtle focal points that guide the eye without overwhelming the design.

A standout ensemble features a bright blue turtleneck peeking beneath a forest green utility jacket, styled with gray trousers and mittens. In another look, the butter yellow plays a striking role, resembling neon as it appears across dress shirts, belts, and mittens—each strategically inserted into otherwise neutral outfits. The collection also integrates gradient knitwear, such as a black-to-gray turtleneck and matching fingerless gloves, providing visual movement while retaining harmony.

Tailored Elegance Blends with Sporty Function

While tailoring remains at the heart of the collection, Graphpaper does not shy away from sportswear influences. One key look includes a padded charcoal winter jacket layered over a beige turtleneck and styled with green shell pants. Another minimalist outfit pairs a sleek black turtleneck with a boxy black leather jacket and off-white workwear trousers—showcasing Minami’s ability to balance contrast and form.

The collection also includes more elevated ensembles, such as a charcoal suit with a Japanese-style collar, a beige shirt and neck gaiter, and a flowing black overcoat draped over the shoulders. Every detail feels intentional, contributing to the brand’s continued focus on utility-driven elegance.

Awaiting Release

Though Graphpaper has yet to announce an official release date for FW25, the lookbook sets the tone for a collection that’s poised to resonate with modern men who appreciate subtle luxury, smart layering, and quiet confidence. It’s not just about fashion—it’s about building a winter wardrobe with timeless relevance.
