Dubai Culture and Arts Authority has announced the third Al Quoz Creative Entrepreneurship Competition, set to take place alongside the Al Quoz Creative Entrepreneurship Forum in Q4 2025. The competition invites UAE-based startups to present innovative ideas that support the country’s cultural and creative industries (CCIs).
Creative Innovation Backed by Practical Support
Targeting startups under two years old, the contest is open to entrepreneurs with functional prototypes and clear business strategies. Eligible applicants must be actively engaged in the CCIs, including fields such as film, design, e-gaming, visual arts, publishing, gastronomy, and more.
The application process is straightforward. Participants must complete an online form and submit key documents, including a business profile, CV, passport copy, and a detailed pitch deck. The deck should outline their value proposition, target audience, marketing approach, and how they plan to use any grant awarded.
The deadline for submissions is 30 June 2025. Once the window closes, a panel of investors, experts, and forum partners will evaluate entries. Shortlisted applicants will receive invitations to pitch their concepts live at the forum.
Substantial Grants and Growth Opportunities
Winners will receive:
- AED 80,000 for first place
- AED 50,000 for second place
- AED 30,000 for third place
Additional prizes from event partners will include in-kind support, mentorship, and promotional opportunities. These rewards aim to help founders grow their ventures and gain industry recognition.
The forum itself will feature workshops, talks, and panels that promote business growth and collaboration. By aligning with Dubai’s vision for a global creative hub by 2026, the event provides a strong platform for talent and investors to connect.
To participate, registration is required. Visit the official portal to apply before the deadline.
