Paris-based fashion label Casablanca has opened its first-ever standalone boutique, bringing its bold design vision to life at 62 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The 5,000-square-foot flagship store marks the brand’s physical retail debut, placing it in prime company alongside Comme des Garçons and Hermès in one of the capital’s most prestigious fashion districts.
Founded in 2018, Casablanca is part of a new wave of Gen Z-oriented luxury houses. The boutique reflects this contemporary spirit while paying homage to the label’s North African heritage through an eclectic design inspired by tennis courts, Japanese minimalism, and Greek architecture.
Lavish Interiors Inspired by Scarpa and Sport
Designed with a nod to architect Carlo Scarpa, the store spans three levels in a bold color palette of red, blue, and green. A deconstructed tennis court theme runs through the boutique, infusing sport-inspired motifs with high-end finishes. Luxurious Carrara marble mosaic flooring, a futuristic illuminated ceiling, velvet upholstery, and high-gloss lacquered wood accents define the space.
On the lower floor, the brand has installed a green carpet that extends across the floor and up the walls. Transparent display shelves line the area, channeling the clinical modernism seen in popular culture, notably Apple TV’s Severance. Architectural details like arched niches and classic wall moldings maintain a distinctly Parisian foundation, blending the old with the new.
Global Expansion Plans Ahead
With the Paris flagship now open to the public, Casablanca is preparing to unveil its Beverly Hills store in mid-August. The brand also has plans for additional boutiques in key fashion capitals, including New York, Miami, London, Milan, and Dubai. This expansion marks a major milestone in the label’s global retail journey as it continues to redefine luxury through a fresh, multicultural lens.
