Among the highlights is Arroz Llauna, a savoury rice dish featuring grilled rib-eye, mushrooms, and rich veal marrow. For those seeking something from the sea, Pulpo en tempura offers crispy octopus served with smoked avocado mousse and a spicy pico de gallo, balancing texture and taste with finesse.
