Luxury fashion house Armani has announced its debut branded residential project in the UAE. Titled Armani Beach Residences, the exclusive development will be built on Raha Island, a prominent location within the Mina Al Arab coastal community in Ras Al Khaimah. The project marks Armani’s first foray into bespoke homes, blending refined design with private beach access and expansive Arabian Gulf views.
The residences are being personally designed by Giorgio Armani and developed in partnership with RAK Properties and real estate firm SIE Group. According to Armani, the project embodies his signature approach to understated elegance, timeless luxury, and meticulous detail.
“New projects related to living fascinate me because I can bring the way of thinking of haute couture… into the space where we live,” said Giorgio Armani. “The villas represent an important milestone and are designed to integrate into the evocative surrounding marine landscape.”
Villas Merging Couture Concepts with Coastal Design
Although specific design details and the total number of homes remain undisclosed, each villa will feature uninterrupted sea views and direct beach access. Armani confirmed that the architectural plan has been developed to “seamlessly integrate” with the natural coastal surroundings, ensuring harmony between luxury living and landscape.
In addition to private residences, the project will include a members-only beach club, bespoke concierge services, and exclusive brand-related lifestyle experiences. These additions aim to enhance daily living with the Armani philosophy of immersive luxury.
“This development will not only set new standards for elevated living in the emirate, but will deliver lasting value and an unparalleled lifestyle experience within Mina,” said Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties.
Part of a Global Trend in Branded Residences
Armani Beach Residences joins a growing trend among luxury brands entering the real estate market. In recent months, Dolce & Gabbana unveiled plans for a supertall branded skyscraper in Miami. Automotive icons such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, and Porsche are also crafting luxury residences, often incorporating vehicle-centric features into their designs.
Giorgio Armani emphasised that the UAE project reflects a personal vision of modern living rooted in emotional and aesthetic harmony.
“This will be where refined luxury is truly defined, providing a perfect world of physical and emotional harmony at home,” he said.
