Wrangler has partnered with Converse Japan to release a striking pair of All Star Aged Hi sneakers. Available in “Indigo” and “Red,” the collaboration blends denim heritage with cultural references from both brands. The models will launch on September 12 through Converse Japan’s official website.

The “Indigo” edition features uppers made from Japanese Kaihara denim, a nod to Wrangler’s classic fabric legacy. Orange stitching, a brown leather Converse logo patch, and a Wrangler tag complete the look. The lighter tape line contrasts the deep blue base, giving the sneaker an authentic worn-in feel.

Rodeo heritage reimagined

In contrast, the “Red” version takes inspiration from 1950s rodeo jackets awarded to champions. It proudly showcases embroidered “Wrangler Jeans” and “Converse Shoes” branding on each lateral side. Together, the two models highlight cultural storytelling while staying rooted in Converse’s timeless All Star silhouette.

Both designs include signature details such as the rubber heel plate, branded insoles, and the iconic waffle outsole. Off-white midsoles and a choice of blue or black laces round out the cohesive finishes, offering wearers both versatility and character.

Pricing and availability

The Wrangler x Converse All Star Aged Hi will be priced at ¥12,100 JPY (around $80 USD) for the Indigo edition and ¥15,400 JPY (around $100 USD) for the Red version. Fans will be able to purchase them directly from Converse.co.jp starting September 12.
