Manarat Living, a boutique residential complex, will offer aspirational living to Abu Dhabi’s cultural area on Saadiyat Island, according to a Monday announcement by Aldar Properties. The development will have 273 residences nearby the cultural hub Manarat Al Saadiyat, where year-round art exhibitions, workshops, and performances are experienced, giving consumers of all nationalities a special chance to live and invest in one of Aldar’s most sought-after locations.

There are studio, one, and two-bedroom floor plans available, as well as two-bedroom apartments with maid’s quarters, according to Khaleej Times. “All units will have a distinctive design and modern finishes, with buyers having a choice of two color schemes for their homes. Prices for studios start from Dh634,000, one-beds from Dh1.28 million, two-beds from Dh1.95 million and two-beds plus maid’s room from Dh2.45 million,” according to Aldar statement.

Apartments can be purchased starting on February 9. Manarat Living’s construction is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2023, while handovers are anticipated to start in the first quarter of 2026, it was stated. Manarat Living is the first project to be on the market as part of Aldar’s design-led urban collection, the company’s new boutique living concept that will introduce a variety of vibrant and welcoming communities to prime neighbourhoods of Abu Dhabi at a more reasonable price point.

Numerous other attractions, such as one of the best beaches in the UAE, the vibrant dining and nightlife of Mamsha Al Saadiyat and Soul Beach, five outstanding museums, the Abrahamic Family House, and Cranleigh, one of Abu Dhabi’s top schools, are also easily accessible from the neighbourhood.

In order to complement Manarat Living’s community-focused facilities, which are motivated by the art and cultural assets in the neighbourhood, the development reflects its stronger design-led personality with a bold urban aesthetic and modern, colourful, and friendly lobby areas. In addition to having unique architectural features and colour schemes in their apartments, Manarat Living residents can take advantage of an art studio, yoga breakout spaces, and a zen garden.

In keeping with Aldar’s dedication to customer centricity, the development has been thoughtfully developed to give a more aspirational experience. A large selection of top-notch amenities, such as multipurpose rooms, coworking areas, a rooftop pool, a gym, a vertical running track, and more, will be available to residents.

Additionally, residents will have access to all that the island has to offer, including Saadiyat Grove, opulent beach resorts, renowned museums, and prestigious educational institutions like Cranleigh School and Berklee School of Music.

Both first-time homebuyers and foreign investors find the development’s distinctive location on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi’s Cultural District to be appealing. Additionally, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi City, Al Jubail Island, and Al Reem Island are all nearby important infrastructural and lifestyle developments in Abu Dhabi.

Manarat Living will use a variety of sustainable design and construction techniques, such as the use of efficient water fixtures, green building techniques, and sustainable building materials, as part of Aldar’s commitment to sustainability. According to Estidama’s sustainability grading system, the development has been planned to receive a two-pearl grade.
