This Ramadan, ZEA Dubai, the recently launched modern Mediterranean dining and lounge destination, invites guests to embrace the spirit of togetherness with an elegantly curated Iftar menu designed for sharing, where seasonal ingredients, comforting flavours, and contemporary craftsmanship come together in a warm and welcoming setting.

Priced at AED 299, the Iftar experience at ZEA is a multi-course journey served directly to your table. The menu beautifully balances tradition with modernity, and indulgence with lightness, providing an ideal setting for relaxed evenings and meaningful moments with loved ones.

The journey begins with comforting essentials and a cauliflower and truffle soup, before moving into a refined selection of starters for sharing. Guests can savour a Pear, Quinoa and Kale Salad with soya and apple dressing, cloud parmesan, pickled onions and walnuts; Avocado Citrus with tahini, chickpeas and orange-sesame crust; and Smoked Beef Croquettes served with tomato jam and sour cream.

For the main course, a trio of dishes takes centre stage, featuring Australian Lamb Chops with herb yogurt and romesco, Corn-Fed Chicken Breast with cauliflower and black truffle purée, morel mushrooms, and chicken confit, and Grilled Cauliflower with coconut and peanut sauce, date chutney, and fresh truffle. These are complemented by elegant sides such as roasted broccoli with crispy onions, ruby-spiced sprouts, and charred zucchini, rounding out the table with vibrant textures and flavours.

The Iftar experience concludes gracefully with dessert, featuring seasonal fruits and a classic Yuzu Crème Brûlée, made with vanilla custard offering a light yet indulgent finale.

ZEA’s Ramadan Iftar perfectly combines refinement with a sense of togetherness. It is thoughtfully crafted for guests who value shared plates, sophisticated flavors, and the simple joy of lingering over a well-composed meal.
