Aysha Alnuaimi is a 21-year old self-taught Emirati artist whose art is usually inspired by nature and emotions. Since a young age, she has been fascinated by art, but only officially started her art journey in 2018, by sharing her pieces with the world via social media platforms.
Every artist has a unique way of presenting a piece. Being inspired by the lively bright-colored nature, Aysha uses bright and attractive colors in her artworks. Challenging the artist’s notions, she paints on unusual surfaces such as coconut shells, cassettes, seashells, keys, teabags, and many other extraordinary surfaces making her art different from the mainstream creations.
She presented her first-ever public workshop for “painting on coconut shells” in august 2021, where she taught and gave tips to the learners on how to paint on coconut shell surfaces. It was a huge success and since then she has started working on many other workshops.
