BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2025 collection under the theme Tokyo Noir, marking a bold departure from its usual Americana and preppy roots. Instead, this season leans into gritty futurism with technical silhouettes crafted from high-performance materials such as Dyneema® and 3M reflective fabrics. These choices reflect a new focus on functionality, structural tension, and high-impact visual design — all echoing the industrial and sonic landscapes that inspired the line.
Cinematic in tone, the collection draws on moody references from Black Rain and Kurosawa’s High and Low, blended with the rebellious spirit of post-punk and new wave. Each look is designed to resonate with Tokyo’s darker, hyper-modern edge.
Creative Direction by Michael Bühler-Rose
The campaign was shot by TAKAY in raw industrial environments across Asia, with styling by Tsuyoshi Noguchi. The aesthetic captures a high-contrast, nocturnal energy — emblematic of the city’s shifting identity. At the creative helm is Michael Bühler-Rose of BOOT FOUNDATION, whose conceptual approach adds emotional and philosophical weight to the brand’s evolving direction.
To complement the collection, a curated playlist by KATOMAN accompanies the launch, underscoring the mood of “Tokyo after dark” with layered, electronic textures. The full collection is now viewable in the gallery.
