Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has become the first cultural institution in the world to receive six international recognition certificates from the European Organization for Excellence and Agility (EEA) for organizational agility and institutional excellence.
The achievement also makes Dubai Culture the first organisation in the region to secure five-star ratings in both the Organisational Culture and the Learning Organisation categories. Consequently, the recognition strengthens Dubai’s ambition to position itself as a global centre for culture, creativity, and talent development while reinforcing the emirate’s investment in institutional innovation.
The awards acknowledge Dubai Culture’s ability to build an integrated operating model that emphasises agility, resilience, future-readiness, and continuous learning. Furthermore, the recognition aligns with the Government of Dubai’s strategy to develop high-performing public institutions capable of anticipating change and delivering sustainable impact.
The assessment followed an independent evaluation by experts from the European Organisation for Excellence and Agility across six organisational dimensions: Agility, Resilience, Proactiveness, Future Foresight, Learning Organisation, and Organisational Culture.
Dubai Culture achieved five-star ratings in the Learning Organisation and Organisational Culture categories, while receiving four-star ratings across the remaining assessment areas. As a result, the Authority has reinforced its position as a leading cultural institution, adopting international standards for organisational excellence and innovation.
