Dubai Police has once again elevated its luxury patrol game with the unveiling of a bespoke Rolls-Royce Cullinan tuned by the renowned German specialist, MANSORY. The reveal took place during the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, showcasing the emirate’s fusion of innovation and opulence.
Performance Meets Prestige on Patrol
Draped in Dubai Police’s iconic green and white livery, the MANSORY-enhanced Cullinan features a powerful 610 hp engine. It sprints from 0 to 62 mph in just five seconds, reaching a top speed of 173 mph—a blend of performance and presence rarely seen in law enforcement fleets. Built with high-grade carbon fiber and aluminum, the SUV also includes advanced digital interfaces and driver-centric technology.
This state-of-the-art vehicle is designed not just for show but for strategic deployment. It will enhance police visibility at major tourist hotspots including Burj Khalifa and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), reinforcing both security and Dubai’s reputation for excellence.
Reinforcing Innovation Through Collaboration
Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department, praised the partnership with MANSORY. “This collaboration reflects our commitment to innovation and leadership,” he said, emphasizing the strategic value of deploying such vehicles in high-profile locations.
This Cullinan joins a previous MANSORY-Dubai Police success story: a custom Mercedes-AMG G63, which delivers a staggering 720 hp and accelerates to 62 mph in just 3.7 seconds. Also, commenting on the ongoing partnership, Kourosh Mansory, founder of MANSORY, said: “Our latest creation is a reflection of craftsmanship, performance, and mutual dedication to excellence.”
