Hopkins Architects has designed and architect a new hotel for 25hours Hotels in the Middle East. It is the Operator’s first hotel outside of Europe, and it introduces a new form of hospitality to the city, blending a powerful brand narrative with a diverse range of furnishings and services, cutting-edge technology, and a locally inspired art aesthetic.
From concept to fit out, the design team, led by Hopkins, who has worked extensively in the region for over 20 years, worked together with the client to build a distinctive and contextual project. They immersed themselves in the company’s culture and attitude by visiting other 25hours Hotels in Europe, transforming the original 4 star brief into a 5 star hotel that incorporates the best of both worlds unlike anything else in Dubai.
A rooftop garden, pool, gym, and spa have been built to take advantage of the city’s breathtaking vistas. An uncommon blend of global cuisine choices includes a German restaurant and beer garden on the hotel’s east side, with views of the spectacular Burj Khalifa.
The 25-hour hotel Dubai is located on the Entertainment Boulevard, overlooking the iconic Museum of the Future, and is part of Hopkins’ One Central District masterplan, which includes seven buildings that offer a diverse mix of commercial, hospitality, and retail uses, resulting in a vibrant live, work, play destination.
