At a ceremony on Tuesday at the Dubai Opera, it was revealed that 69 restaurants in Dubai now had a Michelin star, giving a total of 11 restaurants a star in the new edition.
Two restaurants scored two stars, while nine locations obtained one star each. Portuguese, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, and French food were among the cuisines represented by the honored restaurants.
The modern restaurant Lowe received the Michelin Green Star, which is given to eateries for their commitment to ecological gastronomy.
Al-Muntaha, 11 Woodfire, Armani/Ristorante, Hoseki, Ossiano, Tasca by Jose Avillez, Torno Subito, and Tresind Studio each received one star. Meanwhile, two stars were awarded to Stay by Yannick Alleno, which specializes in French cuisine, and Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, which serves Italian food. The incredibly unusual three star rating was not given to any establishments.
