DESCRIPTION:The festival is held under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikh Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum\, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority\, It is a flagship event unde the umbrella of Dubai Art Season. The festival will feature a series of unique creative events\, activities\, and will showcase artworks of Emirati talents and artists residing in the UAE and GCC. The 11th edition of the festival will be held from February 24 to March 5\, 2023\, at Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood. \nThe theme of the 11th edition of the Sikka Art and Design Festival was inspired by creativity\, the influences of colours and the masterpieces that bloom on blank canvases.
