The Korean Cultural Center (KCC) in the UAE and the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) are responsible for organizing the show. According to a press release distributed in advance of the event, it would include a variety of Hallyu or Korean wave material highlighting Korean tradition and culture in the form of realistic, immersive art in three-dimensional virtual reality (VR) and other multimedia arts.
A VR presentation of the classic moments from director Bong Joon-Ho’s Parasite is also part of the exhibition. Similar VR exhibitions will be displayed from November 20 to December 4 at the Korean Cultural Center in Yas Creative Hub, Abu Dhabi.
With three-sided LED screens, stereoscopic sound, and lighting, the BTS concert will be reenacted. You’ll be able to feel the genuine atmosphere of the concert in Las Vegas, Nevada, in April 2022, thanks to the realism of the special effects.
The Korean film Parasite, which won the Palme d’Or at Cannes, will be re-actualized so that you can experience the iconic setting and subversive metaphors in a first-person setting while listening to music.
Not just entertainment, but you can take a leisurely tour of Mt. Geumgang to experience its four seasons. It is one of Korea’s most cherished scenic areas, and during the late Joseon Period, the mountain frequently appeared in landscape paintings as a motif. The exhibition will be held from November 16 to November 30 at the Art Center at the Mall of the Emirates.
