The birthday of the Prophet Mohammed will be celebrated in Expo City Dubai with special free activities available to everyone. On Saturday, the largest fairground in the world formally reopened its doors and welcomed visitors to some of its most well-known attractions.

Restaurants have also reopened for patrons, who may take advantage of the delectable menus between attending unique events, such as spiritual recitals, concerts, and projections, honouring the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammed from Friday to Sunday.

Al Malid performances will take place during the evening festivities, which run from 6.15 to 9 o’clock. Al Malid, the practise of religious singing, is one of the most well-known regional art forms that is both rooted in Arab and Islamic culture and represents UAE culture and values.

On Saturday at 7 o’clock, the Abu Dhabi Creative Hub will play home to an occasion named Expressions of Malid, which is sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Youth.

Visitors will be able to take in traditional Emirati dance ensembles as well as a spectacular presentation on the Al Wasl Dome, the largest 360-degree projection surface in the world.

Visitors can freely stroll through the public sections of Expo City Dubai because there are no cars allowed there.

The celebration will feature music, poems, and performances that express the love for the Prophet, as well as participation from Arab and Emirati ensembles from all over the region and the Malid. From Friday through Sunday, Expo City Dubai will host the free events.
