FC Barcelona has signed a five-year partnership with AMIRI, naming the Los Angeles–based luxury fashion house as its Official Formalwear Partner through the 2029/30 season. The collaboration will see AMIRI design bespoke suiting for the club’s men’s and women’s first teams, executives, and board members — attire to be worn during official events, European fixtures, and finals.
Blaugrana inspiration meets modern tailoring
Drawing inspiration from Barça’s iconic blaugrana identity, AMIRI’s debut Winter collection merges heritage and innovation through refined tailoring and contemporary silhouettes. The menswear line features deep navy wool six-button overcoats and double-breasted jackets, while the women’s collection includes single-breasted blazers paired with flared pinstripe trousers, crisp poplin shirts, and blaugrana-striped ties accented with gold bar clips.
Looking ahead to warmer months, Summer tailoring showcases AMIRI’s signature shirt-collar blouson reinterpreted in pinstripe, detailed with embroidered branding. Lightweight knits in FC Barcelona’s colors round out the offering, blending sportswear sensibility with luxury craftsmanship. Together, the seasonal collections reflect a fusion of functionality and sophistication, echoing the global prestige of both institutions.
Shared values of excellence and creativity
“The partnership with AMIRI represents a connection between two institutions that share the same ambitions: excellence, creativity and attention to detail,” said Manel del Río, FC Barcelona’s Managing Director. “At FC Barcelona, we believe elegance is part of how we represent the club — both on and off the pitch. AMIRI brings a contemporary vision of craftsmanship and style that aligns perfectly with our identity.”
Echoing this sentiment, Mike Amiri, founder and creative director of AMIRI, noted that fashion and football share a deep artistic spirit. “Both are rooted in passion, precision, and self-expression,” he said. “Each is about mastering your craft and expressing who you are through movement and form.”
