FreshService has introduced its Fall/Winter 2025 collection, aptly titled “Heavy Duty,” under the creative direction of Takayuki Minami. Focusing on durability, layering, and modular design, the collection revisits traditional workwear shapes through a contemporary, urban-industrial lens. The lineup combines refined construction with minimalist styling, creating a collection built for both utility and aesthetics.

Functional Staples with Elevated Material Choices

Core garments such as the N/C Grosgrain Mountain Parka and waxed poplin fishing jackets provide weather-resistant versatility. These are paired with reversible flannel vests and fleece zip-ups that support layering. Meanwhile, corduroy utility pants and corporate denim trousers ground the collection with subtle textural contrast. Many items feature advanced materials like SOLOTEX® and PERTEX® Quantum Air, ensuring breathability and comfort without sacrificing strength.

Subdued Tones and Layered Accessories

Rendered in earthy, muted hues, the FW25 range maintains a cohesive and understated visual identity. Accessories such as flannel trapper caps, cotton twill bucket hats, and multi-border tees add dimension while retaining functional appeal. The combination of tone, texture, and technical fabric reflects the brand’s evolving commitment to practical yet thoughtful design.

The “Heavy Duty” collection will be available soon via FreshService’s online and physical retail outlets. Prices range from ¥3,000 to ¥42,000 JPY (approximately $20 to $284 USD).
