‘Severance’ Leads with 27 Nominations, Followed by The Penguin with 24

Los Angeles, CA – 14th September 2025 – The 77th Primetime Emmy Awards, hosted by Nate Bargatze, celebrated excellence in television, with ‘Severance’ leading the charge with 27 nominations, closely followed by ‘The Penguin’ with 24 nominations. Apple TV+’s ‘The Studio’ made history as the most-nominated first-year comedy series with 23 nods, matching ‘The Bear’s’ record from 2024.
