Who doesn’t want a little extra love on Valentine’s Day 2022?
The WAW Machine was first launched at Dubai Design Week in November 2021, where it quickly gained popularity for its mood-boosting messages of kindness.
It is an installation by Wild Arab West: a platform created by two Emiratis, Hessa Ali Alechla and Iman Al Midfa. Wild Arab West is aimed at highlighting the fusion between Eastern and Western culture through art, lifestyle, and entertainment. It highlights pop Arab culture the cultural shift that many Arab millennials identify with.
Now you can find the mood-boosting WAW Machine at desert café pop-up The Uncommon on Monday, February 14, 2022.
The Uncommon is a pop-up café in Sharjah’s desert. It has a huge mirrored wall, comfy chairs, and cute coffees including “red desert” lattes and “blue sky” cappuccinos. There are pastries to nibble on, too.
