Nike ACG has launched its Team USA collection for the 2026 Winter Olympics, positioning the lineup as performance equipment for elite competition. Notably, the range draws on the rugged terrain of Colorado Springs. Specifically, it references the Manitou Incline and the Garden of the Gods. As a result, the collection links athletic preparation with landscapes associated with endurance. Moreover, the concept underscores the grit required to compete for medals in Milan.
Adaptive Outerwear Technology
At the center of the release sits the Therma-FIT Air Milano Jacket. The design uses computational modeling alongside proprietary Air technology. Consequently, athletes can inflate or deflate internal air baffles to adjust insulation levels. This system enables personalized thermal control. In practice, the warmth range spans from a lightweight hoodie to a midweight puffer. Therefore, the jacket supports real-time temperature regulation under variable conditions in the Italian Alps.
Supporting Pieces and Availability
Alongside the outerwear, the collection includes complementary performance pieces. For example, the Therma-FIT ADV Reversible Skirt also functions as a ground covering. Meanwhile, the ACG Ultrafly trail shoe is designed for speed and stability. It combines ZoomX foam, a carbon fiber FlyPlate, and a Vibram Litebase outsole. Throughout the lineup, archival eagle motifs reinforce Team USA’s visual identity. Currently, select items from the Nike ACG x Team USA collection are available through the brand’s official retail channels.
