10 Days, 10Ks: A Challenge for the Bold
Coinciding with marathon season, Nike is inviting runners across Dubai to complete as many 10K runs as they can over a 10-day span. The campaign celebrates the arrival of the Vomero 18, a high-performance road running shoe that blends ultra-cushioned ZoomX foam with a ReactX midsole for optimal comfort.
Designed for endurance and energy return, the Vomero 18 is also making waves for its vibrant looks. Colourways like “Barely Green/Hyper Crimson” and “Dusty Cactus/Geode Teal” offer visual punch that stands out both on the pavement and on race day.
Kite Beach Clubhouse Activation
To bring the challenge to life, Nike has set up the Vomero Clubhouse at Kite Beach. From here, runners can kick off their 10K journeys at Point Zero, supported by Nike ambassadors and members of the Uncommon Run Club. Participants not only get to test the Vomero 18 in action, but they’re also treated to post-run refreshments courtesy of Feels Café, featuring energizing coffees and smoothies.
The activation offers a hands-on way for athletes to connect with the brand while embracing the city’s growing fitness culture.
Strava Partnership Brings Extra Motivation
For those continuing beyond the Kite Beach event, Nike has partnered with Strava to track runners’ progress. A special leaderboard has been launched, allowing athletes to monitor their standings and compete for exclusive rewards. The top performer earns a coveted spot in the Copenhagen Half Marathon this September—raising the stakes even further.
