Omar Afridi and Vuja Dé, though based on opposite sides of the world, have joined forces to launch a unique collection. Both brands appeal to a global audience that searches tirelessly for innovative and cutting-edge designs. To showcase their collaboration, they chose London as the venue for the debut of “NOIR,” a collection that exemplifies the synergy between these rising labels.
An Exercise in Restraint
The “NOIR” collection pares both brands’ aesthetics down to an all-black palette, emphasizing texture and silhouette over color. For example, the Harvey Paneled Blouson stands out through its double-weave suede construction and architectural paneling. Similarly, the Rudo Coated Denim Pant features irregular matte and semi-gloss coatings that evolve over time, giving each pair a distinct character. Two leather accessories—the Owen Studded Leather Belt and the Newman Leather Bag—complete the range, further reinforcing the collection’s minimalist yet sophisticated vision.
Pop-Up Experience at Omar Afridi London
The “NOIR” pop-up is currently open at the Omar Afridi London store and continues tomorrow. Visitors can explore all four pieces from the collaboration, experiencing firsthand how the brands’ global perspectives converge in texture, craftsmanship, and design innovation. This limited engagement allows fans to interact directly with the collection while celebrating the creative dialogue between London and Tokyo.
