PORTER STAND, the concept bag shop by YOSHIDA & Co., is marking a decade of design innovation with a special collaboration. To celebrate both its 10th anniversary and the launch of its new store in Sendai, PORTER STAND has partnered with Japanese streetwear icon BAPE to host an exclusive pop-up event.
ABC CAMO Bags and BABY MILO Tops Headline the Collection
The collaboration features a travel-inspired collection of accessories and apparel. At the centre are four bag styles, including a backpack and three crossbody bags in various sizes. Each piece showcases BAPE’s iconic ABC CAMO, rendered in jacquard, and paired with PORTER’s signature detailing.
The capsule also includes a limited-edition BABY MILO T-shirt, where the beloved BAPE mascot appears cleverly dressed as a porter — merging the identities of both brands into a playful visual.
Pop-Up Runs Through May 19 at Four Key Locations
This isn’t the first time PORTER STAND and BAPE have collaborated. The duo’s previous work includes the Spring/Summer 2018 “Trunk Show”, which celebrated BAPE’s 25th anniversary with outerwear and bags decorated in CAMO DUCK prints.
The 10th-anniversary pop-up is open now and will run until May 19 across PORTER STAND locations in Sendai, Shinjuku, Shinagawa, and Kyoto. After the pop-up ends, the collection will be available online via both brands’ webstores starting Saturday, May 24.
Fans and collectors alike can now explore this limited-edition drop that fuses BAPE’s streetwear flair with PORTER’s refined craftsmanship.
