Princess Rajwa Al-Hussein, alongside her mother-in-law Queen Rania, visited the Naqsh Collective in Amman on Sunday. This engagement, their first joint appearance, showcased the Princess’s growing public role and underscored their shared appreciation for Jordanian artistry.
The Naqsh Collective, founded in 2009 by sisters Nisreen and Nermeen Abudail, is renowned for its unique designs blending heritage with modern aesthetics. The gallery has participated in global events such as Milan Design Week and Saudi Design Week. Queen Rania praised the visit on Instagram, saying, “Exquisite local designs, handcrafted with love. Had a lovely time with Rajwa at the Naqsh Collective workshop yesterday.”
The royals posed beside an artwork titled “Wall Runner,” reflecting their admiration for local talent. Princess Rajwa displayed an elegant black ensemble, featuring a Dior belt, Chloe pumps, and a Jill Sander Goji mini bag, while Queen Rania wore a striking red ensemble by Maison Valentino and Altuzarra.
This visit adds to Princess Rajwa’s growing list of public engagements. Earlier this month, she attended the inauguration of Jordan’s 20th parliamentary session. In October, she made her first appearance since the birth of her daughter, Princess Iman, at a FIFA World Cup qualification match.
Born in Saudi Arabia, Princess Rajwa is the daughter of the late businessman Khalid bin Musaed Al-Saif and Azza bint Nayef Al-Sudairi. At 30, she is taking an increasingly active role in Jordanian royal life, working closely with her husband, Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah.
Her public appearances have showcased a blend of grace and dedication, symbolizing her commitment to her family and her country.
