Renowned architectural studio Foster + Partners has unveiled its latest project, Regent Residences Dubai, a pair of 180-metre-tall skyscrapers connected by a striking penthouse-level swimming pool. Located in the Marasi Marina of Business Bay, the project is designed to redefine waterfront luxury living.
Key Features of the Regent Residences
- Unique Design: The skyscrapers feature a twisting form with articulated facades that rotate the outdoor terraces, creating a cascading effect resembling flowing water.
- Private Pools: Each of the 60 apartments will have a private pool on its terrace, offering panoramic views of Dubai, including the iconic Burj Khalifa.
- Sky Pool Bridge: The penthouse on the top floor will house a swimming pool bridging the two towers, enhancing the sense of connectivity and exclusivity.
- Podium Amenities: The podium will include green spaces, water features, dining venues, retail outlets, a gym, and multiple indoor and outdoor pools for residents.
A Collaboration in Innovation
Foster + Partners collaborated with Sankari Properties and IHG Hotels and Resorts to bring this ambitious vision to life. Gerard Evenden, the head of Foster + Partners’ studio, stated, “The dynamic twisting form and articulated facade will make Regent Residences a distinctive addition to Business Bay.“

Regent Residences Dubai will join other waterfront developments by Foster + Partners, including the upcoming Vela and Vela Viento towers. The project’s design emphasizes sustainability, connections to nature, and luxurious urban living.
