Designed to honour Seddiqi’s 75th anniversary, this limited-edition timepiece encapsulates a piece of the UAE’s soul—its desert sand—within a contemporary mechanical form. Only 20 pieces will be made, available exclusively through Ahmed Seddiqi.

Ressence founder Benoît Mintiens describes the watch as a fusion of “the ancient hourglass and contemporary design,” reflecting both the timelessness of nature and the forward-thinking spirit of the UAE. Weighing a mere 40 grams, the watch is crafted from Grade 5 titanium, offering both strength and lightness. Ressence’s signature ROCS 9 module (Ressence Orbital Convex System) powers the hours and minutes display via a customised automatic calibre, delivering a 36-hour power reserve.

- Fluid lugs for ergonomic fit
- A rotating bezel used for minute indication
- Satellite discs infused with UAE sand and coated with Grade A Super-LumiNova for optimal visibility
