Dubai has welcomed a new addition to its dining and nightlife scene with the opening of Rodeo Drive at the Oaks Hotel, Ibn Battuta Gate. Spanning 14,000 square feet across six themed zones, the venue combines Tex-Mex cuisine, live entertainment, and family fun in a dynamic all-American setting.
At the heart of the kitchen is Head Chef Walter Melo, who blends Mexican and Texan influences with fire-grilled classics. The menu features ribeye, chipotle BBQ short ribs, smoky brisket, and chimichurri chicken, all prepared over the signature grill pit. Guests can also enjoy Tex-Mex staples such as Chicken Pastor Tacos with grilled pineapple, Baja Fish Tacos, and Crispy Shrimp Tacos, alongside crowd-pleasers like Rodeo Nachos, Southern Crunch Squid, and Mac ‘n Cheese Croquettes. Desserts add a playful finish, with New York Cheesecake, Churros with Nutella, Banana Pudding, and Brigadeiro Cake.
Entertainment and dining experience
The venue is designed for both families and nightlife enthusiasts. It offers a variety of experiences including live bands, DJs, rodeo bull rides, beer pong, interactive darts, and a neon-lit arcade. A dedicated kids’ zone for ages 1–10 features games, arts and crafts, and Rodeo Drive’s own children’s books and toys, supported by onsite childcare.

Design and capacity
Rodeo Drive has been designed by Hiren Ganatra of Collab Company, India, and features six themed spaces ranging from the rustic Wild West Grill to a mobster-inspired man cave and a Broadway-style stage. With 305 seats and capacity for 600 guests, the venue blends dining and entertainment in one immersive destination.
