Dubai has welcomed a new addition to its floral industry with the launch of Rose Art Dubai, a floral studio in Al Quoz that aims to blend artistic expression with premium floral arrangements. The opening event featured an elaborate floral installation designed by Sri Lankan floral artist Dulish Thennakone, created using over 20,000 fresh roses. The installation, valued at Dh40,000, extended from the ground to the ceiling, drawing attention for its intricate craftsmanship and creative execution.
The boutique showcases a modern approach to floristry, featuring oversized 25 cm roses sourced from its own farms, along with a selection of lilies, peonies, orchids, and other high-quality blooms. Rose Art is positioning itself as a destination for premium floral arrangements, offering some of the largest bouquets in Dubai, with options starting from 100 roses.

The launch event was attended by government officials and business leaders, beginning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by CEO Hamlet Sandoyan. In his address, Sandoyan emphasized the artistic and emotional value of flowers beyond their aesthetic appeal. “Flowers have the power to tell stories and evoke emotions. Through our designs, we aim to create experiences that go beyond just floral arrangements,” he said.
Attendees were also treated to live performances, including a modern ballet and an artistic plastic dance performance, followed by a DJ set and a buffet. The event highlighted Rose Art’s commitment to integrating artistic elements into its brand identity.

Beyond floral artistry, sustainability is a key focus for the brand. Rose Art has incorporated eco-friendly practices in its operations, aligning with UAE’s ESG initiatives by utilizing renewable energy in its greenhouses and promoting responsible cultivation methods.
“We are thrilled to bring the art of flowers to Dubai,” said Sandoyan. “Dubai celebrates beauty, diversity, and creativity, and we are excited to share our passion for floristry here. Our goal is not only to provide high-quality flowers but to inspire our customers to express emotions—whether it’s love, joy, or gratitude—through the language of flowers.”
With its focus on design, sustainability, and premium quality, Rose Art Dubai aims to carve out a distinct space in the city’s competitive floral market. The boutique is now open to visitors, offering an immersive experience for those looking for unique floral arrangements.
