Saint Laurent Rive Droite and Bang & Olufsen have once again joined forces, this time reviving the iconic Beogram 4000c turntable. Originally released in the 1970s, the record player became a symbol of sleek sound engineering. Now, the brands have restored ten original units, enhancing them for modern use while preserving their classic charm.

Each turntable features a handcrafted ziricote wood case, accented with aluminum details. Additionally, every unit is individually numbered, adding to its exclusivity. However, luxury comes at a price—this meticulously restored piece costs €30,000 EUR (approximately $31,000 USD).
A Continued Partnership in High-End Audio
Since 2017, Saint Laurent and Bang & Olufsen have collaborated on several exclusive releases. Their past projects include the Beoplay 8 earbuds, the Beoplay speaker, and a limited edition of the Beosound A9.
Beyond audio, Saint Laurent has expanded its influence into various lifestyle ventures. The brand has partnered with Fender, opened a Paris location of LA’s Sushi Park, and curated contemporary art exhibitions. Through these projects, creative director Anthony Vaccarello continues to position Saint Laurent as more than just a fashion house.
Where to Find the Exclusive Beogram 4000c
The restored turntable will be available in the coming weeks at Saint Laurent Rive Droite stores in Paris and Los Angeles. It will also be sold online through the YSL website. With only ten units produced, this collector’s item is expected to sell out quickly.
