Saint Laurent’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection made a striking statement on the final evening of Paris Fashion Week. Under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello, the show was a masterclass in bold, confident silhouettes. The event, held beneath the Eiffel Tower, attracted a star-studded front row, with guests including Austin Butler, Zoë Kravitz, Kid Cudi, and Charli XCX.

A Celebration of Strength and Elegance
The atmosphere exuded sophistication, with brown-hued marble projections adorning the venue’s digital walls. Models walked the runway in structured silhouettes that defined the modern Saint Laurent woman—strong, poised, and undeniably chic. Primary hues dominated the collection, with high-collared ribboned dresses paired with pointed stilettos, creating a refined yet powerful aesthetic.
Glossy textures and animal prints added a daring touch, as leopard-patterned tops contrasted with classic pencil skirts and oversized sunglasses. Vaccarello focused on letting the clothes speak for themselves, experimenting with materials and forms to push the boundaries of contemporary fashion.
A Play on Texture and Form
The collection showcased a dynamic mix of textures, from plastic-like dresses with faded floral graphics to smooth bomber jackets with broad, structured shoulders. The closing looks, however, stole the show. Delicate lace dresses were reimagined with circular hip inserts that altered the female form, creating movement with every step. This architectural approach to tailoring played with natural contours, reinforcing Vaccarello’s ability to merge innovation with timeless elegance.
With Saint Laurent’s FW25 collection, Vaccarello reaffirmed his mastery in crafting silhouettes that balance strength with sophistication. The collection not only celebrated the brand’s signature aesthetic but also set the tone for the future of high fashion.
