Saint Laurent is expanding beyond fashion with Sushi Park Paris, a collaboration between creative director Anthony Vaccarello and renowned chef Peter Park. Opening on February 21, the restaurant will be Sushi Park’s first permanent location outside Los Angeles. It offers a refined dining experience within the newly renovated Saint Laurent Rive Droite boutique in Paris.

A Blend of Culinary and Fashion Excellence
The restaurant is located in Paris’s prestigious first arrondissement, near Tuileries and Place Vendôme. This launch follows Saint Laurent’s broader expansion efforts, including the opening of Babylone, a bookstore and gallery space curated by Vaccarello.
Sushi Park, known for its exclusive omakase dining, has a strong celebrity following that includes Justin Bieber, the Kardashians, and Dua Lipa. The Paris location will maintain the same high standards, serving premium sushi in an elegant setting. The interior features dark sculptural furniture and custom ceramic pieces by Professor Kim, creating a refined atmosphere that aligns with Saint Laurent’s signature style.
A New Chapter in Saint Laurent’s Cultural Influence
To celebrate the opening, Saint Laurent released a short film on Instagram, directed by Pierre-Ange Carlotti. Featuring brand ambassadors Lourdes Leon, Saint Levant, and Dominic Sessa, the film showcases the restaurant’s carefully curated space. This production is part of Saint Laurent Productions, the brand’s film division launched in 2023. The company has worked with renowned directors like David Cronenberg and Paolo Sorrentino, further strengthening its influence in the arts.
Saint Laurent joins other luxury brands expanding into lifestyle and culture. Gucci operates a Michelin-starred restaurant, Osteria da Massimo Bottura, while Jacquemus collaborates with Caviar Kaspia. Miu Miu has also explored film through its Women’s Tales anthology. These projects reflect a shift toward experiential retail, offering customers more than just fashion.
