SAINT Mxxxxxx is unveiling its first foldable storage box, merging striking design with everyday practicality. This innovative piece comes in seven bold colors: black, red, green, yellow, pink, navy, and sax blue. Inspired by postmodernism, a movement that challenged modernist uniformity in the 1980s, the design embraces vibrant color-blocking and eclectic patterns. It features playful experimentation and intricate graphic elements, creating a visually dynamic and unconventional appeal.
Distinctive Design Details
The box stands out with unique decorative elements. Tape-like accents line the middle of each side, while monochromatic stickers showcase cow print, checkerboard, net patterns, cheetah print, and squiggly lines. These details add layers of visual intrigue. Checkerboard sections incorporate a bubbly, stylized font that spells out “SAINT Mxxxxxx,” reinforcing the brand’s identity. Neon-colored strips in orange and pink embellish the lid, contrasting with zebra-like swirls along the sides. These features enhance the three-dimensional effect.
Practicality Beyond Storage
This foldable box is designed for versatility. It transforms into a sturdy stool or a compact table when paired with a separately sold stainless steel board. As a result, it serves as both a statement piece and a functional addition to any space. The SAINT Mxxxxxx foldable storage box will be available for purchase starting April 5 on the brand’s official website. It retails at ¥16,500 JPY (approximately $112 USD).
