Louis Vuitton, the French luxury fashion business, has launched its traveling exhibition SEE LV in Dubai. Following the exhibition’s debut in Wuhan in 2020 and Hangzhou in 2021, this will be the brand’s third appearance.
From February 4 to March 7, a month-long show will be held in the Dubai Fountain, which is located next to the Dubai Mall.
The exhibition features a stunning array of contemporary looks, early twentieth-century trunks, artistic collaborations, and classic leather items from the heritage house.
Visitors at SEE LV will be able to immerse themselves in the world of Louis Vuitton via immersive and interactive digital experiences.
Visitors will enter a space with a reverse-chronology selection of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear garments after being greeted by a photo of young Louis Vuitton created by artist Refik Anadol using artificial intelligence.
A stunning gown by British fashion designer Charles Frederick Worth is shown with a vintage trunk from 1906, demonstrating the label’s long history with fashion.
Following that, the show features a wall of Louis Vuitton’s most renowned bags alongside photographs of their celebrity pals, including Alicia Vikander, Julianne Moore, Emma Stone, and Regina King, among others.
A space dedicated to Louis Vuitton’s main achievements to the invention of luggage typologies, from the classic Wardrobe trunk to 2020’s Louis Vuitton 2054 raincoat-tent, will be included in the showcase.
