Seiko has unveiled its first collaboration with Bamford, presenting a limited-edition Seiko 5 Sports SRPL95. Designed around a “Retro Future” concept, the watch fuses heritage details with modern craftsmanship, drawing from iconic Seiko 5 Sports models of the 1960s and 1980s.
Design and Craftsmanship
The timepiece is housed in a 42.5mm stainless steel case and showcases Bamford’s distinct touch through a bright blue skeleton dial. This feature reveals the automatic 4R36 calibre, offering a 41-hour power reserve. Bold indices accented with vivid colours highlight the design, while the Bamford logo sits at the 6 o’clock position. A unidirectional bezel and a 22mm lug width enhance functionality, and the NATO strap includes a branded metal loop.
Limited Edition Release
Each detail reinforces the Retro Future theme, from the engraved caseback featuring vintage Seiko motifs to the special edition packaging inspired by 1960s promotional artwork. Limited to 2,025 pieces, the collaboration is priced at £400 GBP (approx. $538 USD). The watch will be available through Seiko’s UK webstore starting October 1, 2025.
