As a celebration for the holy month of Ramadan in Sports Society Mall, the exhibition spanned over 4 days, showcasing some major highlights from the creative industry. Organized by Artoze, a leading online art gallery, this event was carried out through a collaborative partnership with Magzoid Magazine, Khaleej Times, and Orbit events. The exhibition was inaugurated in the graceful presence of the dignitaries H.E. Laila Rahhal, Founder Business Gate, Mr. Khalil AbdulWahid, Director Fine Arts Dubai Culture among many others alongside HNIs, art collectors, curators, and the participating artists on the 21st of April.

The inauguration ceremony was followed by a mesmerizing performance by one of the most celebrated violinists and golden visa recipients, Ms. Pasha Cazan. Furthermore, other Live Art performances by Ms. Raisa Mariam Rajan and Ms. Dina Khataan also captivated the eyes of the visitors. Other than the art and music performances, the event also conducted a showcase of some of the greatly modified supercars.

“Cars are what I love and have been with them since my childhood. It gives me great pleasure to showcase my cars in Shurooq Al Fann as these modifications and what we do with cars are like an art to me. It was a great show and I look forward to many more,” said Fadhel Khaled Al Jahromi, Founder of UAE Mustang Knights Club. The event not only entertained the adults but also had some amazing art workshops lined up for the kids which were moderated by professional artists like Ms. Raisa, Mr. Mahfuzur, and Ms. Soumya.

“I am extremely delighted to be a part of the exhibition and heartily congratulate the organizers for putting up such a great event,” said Honey Taheri (participating artist). The exhibition witnessed a great footfall and many serious buying queries for the exhibited artworks.

When asked about the event by the spokesperson of Artoze, she expressed, “We as Artoze have always been supportive to the creative community and have been putting in constant efforts in boosting the art scene of the UAE. This event was in-line with our idea of promoting the rich and cultural heritage of the UAE and portraying the same through the artworks of these amazing artists. We are extremely delighted and glad to witness the kind of support that we have received from our partners and do cherish the enthusiasm and love showered upon us by the beautiful artist community and the visitors.”

The final day of the event called upon all the participating artists who were felicitated on stage for their extraordinary works that reflected their efforts in displaying the cultural heritage of the UAE in
the 21st century. The participation of over 20+ nationalities showcased the spirit of togetherness that we celebrate here in the UAE. “It was a great event put up by the team and I appreciate all their efforts. Exhibits of this scale help provide great opportunities for the artists to showcase their works and it was
a pleasure for me to exhibit my works alongside my other artist friends. I look forward to much such
participation.” says Varsha Sureka (participating artist).

The event was supported by Ferns and Petals, Art Lab, and Hafla who jointly helped in making the event
an ever-lasting success. Shurooq Al Fann is set to be hosted every year during Ramadan to celebrate the holy month and create opportunities for the creative community of the UAE.
