The popular event of Dubai—the Mother of the Nation Festival that kick-started is going on at its full swing at the Abu Dhabi Corniche as visitors make the most of art installations, musical performances, activations, food outlets, rides and more. British singer Craig David and Jordanian TikTok sensation Issam Alnajjar are all set to perform on Friday and Saturday for closing the event at the MOTN’s Music Arena.

The British singer-songwriter will be performing as a part of his TS5 tour and will perform on December 17. He is expected to perform some of his popular songs like ‘7 Days’, ‘Walking Away ‘and ‘Insomnia’ among others.

Issam Alnajjar who became a TikTok sensation for his viral hit Hadal Ahbek will also grace the event on December 18. The teen star was featured on a billboard in New York City’s Times Square and had more than half a million views on TikTok for the very song and will no doubt delight the crowd with it. He is also said to perform Turning Me Up and Mn Gheirik Enti, among others. Running in its fifth year, the Mother of the Nation Festival is organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi.

The event pays tribute to family, community, and contributions of women to society, honouring the legacy of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Mother of the Nation. The event has been pulling a lot of crowds, where visitors are getting plenty of photo opportunities, family fun and live performances across its six themed zones, which include Inspire Space, Thrill Zone, Food Hub, Music Arena, Shopping District and Amusement Park.
